If there is hard-cost needed for a project it will be billed separately and agreed upon before hand.
CHOSEN CONTRACT LENGTH
6 months agreement starting Feb 1st 2020
Any unused hours will be rolled over to the next month as long as it is still within the contract time. At the end of this contract the remaining roll over hours will be handled as follows:
1. Sign new contract before expiration or within 30 days of expiration of precious contract, than 100% of rollover hours remain valid.
2. No new contract signed, all rollover hours are forfeited.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH CONSULTING HOURS
Assistance in technical challenges that may arise, help to set up software / app tools. In person, over the phone, or email technical support. Brainstorming & Creative Direction (Consult with staff and discuss ideas and direction for web-development or design project.)

I will be working toward achieve the following goals
- Adding items / or finding ways to add items cost effectively.
- Redesigning the website to better target the audience and the added categories or items.
- Set up the store to sell items.
- Set up shipper selection upon check out.
- Set up payment processor and help creating the corresponding accounts.
- Allow user to login and view there orders.
- Allow user to submit questions.
- Help and support for diverse question and problems that might rise.
- Offer consulting on marketing questions
IN SUMMARY
By signing this agreement, ETI Energy Tools Inc. (“Client”) has retained Josia Lebrun DBA josia.net to proceed with web-development and creative services for 6 month from January 1st 2019, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
During this period, I agree to devote up to 8 hours per month on assignments towards the project. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays.
Payment of these services will be to josia.net at the rate of $600 per month. No invoice will be submitted. An automatic payment will be taken each month. Services in addition to 8 hours per month will be made available at the rate of $75 per hour and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: Hosting cost, domain name cost, Security, SSL, email server, third party platforms or software, … they will be agreed upon prior to signing up.
All materials furnished by You will remain your property and will be returned upon request, or no more than 10 days from the termination of this agreement. This agreement may be terminated 30 days’ written notice by either parties.
